This is the creative and technical heart of Formula Space. From 3D site modelling and architectural layouts to pioneering innovations like CableGuard®, the team turns big ideas into practical, future-ready solutions. Every project is developed with precision and creativity, ensuring design excellence meets the realities of on-site delivery.

Our revenue team is the engine that keeps Formula Space growing. Combining marketing, sales, and account management, they drive new business while maintaining trusted relationships with our existing partners.  It’s a team that balances strategy and service; generating opportunities while keeping customers supported long after delivery.

Behind every Formula Space project is a skilled production team working from our on-site print and manufacturing facilities at HQ. They keep the warehouse running almost constantly by managing stock, producing signage and branding elements, and preparing custom-printed items ready for next-day dispatch. With everything produced and coordinated under one roof, they keep projects organised, consistent, and ready to deploy at speed.

The finance team keeps Formula Space operating with clarity and control. They oversee budgets, track project costs, and provide transparent reporting that gives confidence to both clients and colleagues. Their work ensures every project remains commercially viable while supporting sustainable long-term growth.

Our operations team are the ones turning plans into reality; coordinating logistics, handling complex installs, and making sure every element lands on site exactly when it should. They’re constantly on the road delivering projects across the UK and Europe, which is why you’ll rarely catch them standing still for a photo. Their work is fast-paced, hands-on, and critical to bringing Formula Space sites to life.
